The patent attorneys of Uexküll & Stolberg are subject to the German Patent Attorneys Ordinance (Patentanwaltsordnung), the German Federal Regulations for Patent Attorneys (Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte), both accessible on the homepage of the Patent Attorney Association at under the section "Patentanwälte") and the Rules of Conduct of the Federation Internationale des Conseils en Propriete Industrielle (FICPI; European Patent Attorneys are subject to the Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi; accessible in English at in the section "Rules and Regulations").
